Featuring 23 computer programs, including 12 pre-set options and 4 cardio modes for HRC, this machine offers endless opportunities for challenging workouts. With training data that tracks time, distance, speed, calories, pulse, RPM, watt, and scan, you'll be able to measure your progress and push yourself even further. The 15" stride length and best in class rear drive provide a smooth, elliptical motion, while the ergonomically designed moving handlebars offer a total upper body workout. Plus, with fixed handlebars and hand pulse sensors, you can easily manage your heart rate and stay stable as you get on and off the cross trainer. With 32 magnetic resistance levels and a durable 9kg outer magnetic flywheel and rear disc crank systems, you'll never run out of challenges. And with adjustable non-slip footplates, a 150kg max user weight, 4-way floor levelling adjusters and wheels for easy transportation.
